All the food home cooked and the fresh food is locally sourced. We use Bailey’s Butchers in Upper Broughton in the Vale of Belvoir and our grocer is in the local village of Ruddington.
Our menus are changed seasonally, to include the different foods available throughout the year. Chef is frequently in discussion with clients and their families regarding the menus and these are changed accordingly to clients requirements.
We are able to cater for any individual needs such as diabetic, low-fat, vegetarian kosher for example.
The food is cooked from fresh every day to the highest standard with choices for all meals.
Breakfast is typically cereal and fresh fruit, but many clients enjoy a cooked breakfast. At lunch time we offer a fish and meat dish; at tea time we offer a cooked meal such as an omelet or a cold salad or sandwiches.
