Our Staff

The Directors

David and Kevin set up Belvoir Vale in 1993 as a small unit which has now grown to the 62 beds we now have.

David had been managing director of a large international haulage firm and Kevin was working in care in local hospitals prior to establishing the care home.

 

Pat Pinfold

Pat Pinfold is Matron at Belvoir Vale and she comes with considerable experience in the care industry. Pat is a qualified nurse and has worked in hospitals, nursing homes and in care homes.

 

Joanne Widdowson

Jo is the business support team manager, aside from her busy life as a mother of three children. Jo manages the administration team who deal with the day-to-day operations of the home.

Jo has worked within private industry as a secretary and as a personal assistant and has considerable experience and has developed an excellent team around her.

 

Andrea Jarvis

Andrea Jarvis is the catering manager and has a degree in hotel and catering management. She has worked in the hotel and restaurant industry for several years. Whilst this is her first post in the care industry as a catering manager, she is actually a qualified nurse, and her dissertation was titled 'Nutrition in the Elderly'.
